Maple Roast: Well balanced flavour, aroma and acidity similar to the Medium Roast, but with a subtle and smooth maple finish.
Medium Roast: Balanced flavour, aroma and acidity – not too soft, not too strong. The smooth finish of this roast makes it a perfect choice for any time of day.
Dark Roast: Pleasantly strong flavour gives way to the wonderful chocolate notes of this roast. With its beautiful oily sheen this is a full-bodied roast indeed without the bitterness typical of other dark roasts.
